    What can I do with extra office I am renting and not using right now?

    Its not big, about 400 sq. feet with internet connection and so on. I have lease on it for another 8 months and hate to pay it for empty office space. My friend and I were going to do some mainstream photography in it but he got into some trouble with his wife and bailed out.
    Any ideas?

      re-rent it to someone else, put it on craigslist. A lot of people do that.

          I would just rent it out...go with a six month lease and the final two months can be month-to-month. Unless you can't separate you from the other office, it would really suck to have somebody right by you all the time that you don't like.
