They take all of 10 minutes to install, and are pretty sturdy.
The girlfriend does all manner of crazy spins and what not on it without a problem.
It just drills up into a stud, and you wedge it up into the drilled out stud hole and the pressure keeps it in place on the floor. Comes down almost as easy.
I think it was about $250 all said and done and even came with a fake plant hook to keep up in the ceiling to cover the drill hole in case you needed to take down the pole for company.

we thought about getting one of those, but the pole was not nigh enough.....we wanted something high and thick because my girls were doing 8 foot climbs and spinning and going crazy
but lil mynx does make great poles though, and well worth the money for sure
