In the end you should always wait to judge someone, and not on skin.. But I think people place waaaay too much bullshit on this 'we are all the same'. We aren't. Perhaps we all have the same genes, but our paths to that point are hugely different, our opinions/alliances/politics EVERYTHING are determined at birth just about. Is race the only factor? Certainly not, but it is one of them. The demographics of Western Europe for example are absolutely disgusting and no matter how loud you scream we are all the same it absolutely sickens me to see this bullshit used as an excuse to essentially hand over nations to Arabs and Africans (and yes that is absolutely what is happening). I have no hatred to people of any race, but certainly I also think about things practically and I realise that throughout history those who have failed to stand up for their own interests as an ethnicity have been replaced almost completely.

You only have to look at the Aboriginals in Australia and compare their position today to the Maori of New Zealand to see what I am talking about (one defended itself the other didn't). I am also of the belief that Western European civilisation is the most advanced (and that isn't meant as an insult, for the longest time much of Asia was far more advanced than Europe) in the world (culturally, economically and socially) and I know that if nothing is done to protect the actual ethnicity you can not expect such people as Arab of African muslims to carry it on for us when they reach significant levels of control in Europe. Whilst race/ethnicity isn't something you should judge someone on at first sight, it is certainly a huge deterining demographic to be aware of in the broader scale. The USA is way too brainwashed to understand this, but I am certain Europe is awaking to what they see around them, and I am sure that (perhaps not all nations, I think Holland is already lost as an example) will wake up to the challenge and protect their heritage as a people and their future.
