I am considering selling my small TGP network of sites

Most of them are small but they are very niche targetted so productivity is fairly good.
I'd say the global income they generate is around $2k a month
They all run on the same comus server license, and you can build as many new sites on it as the server can afford. It's a dedicated box at webair. It burns around 7-8 Mbps.
(If you have one particular site that grows too big you can always move it to another rack and get a single comus license for it, that's no big issue)
All the domains are at godaddy.
I will consider offers starting at $5000.
