Yeah he sponsored all those bills. Why don't you look into how his name got on all those bills and whether he actually had anything to do with them.
I bet you believed him when he said he would oppose FISA, pull out of Iraq, renegotiate nafta, etc ........
I saw someone mention the Harvard law review. Can you find something that he authored during that time? A note , a comment, anything will do. Good luck
