    I smashed up my favorite car today............

    UGH,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,so fucking pissed !!!!!
    Some bitch came out of a plaza, turning too wide cutting into my lane as I was coming up. I swerved to avoid her, but the car in front of me apparently had to stop because, the idiot in front of him didnt use the proper turning lane, but stopped at the last second on the road it self. So I had no place to go, jammed the brakes and rear ended the guy in front of me.
    FUCK fuck fuck , got charged with careless, the two idiots, causing the accident fucked off. Now i have to go to court to fight it. GRRRRRRRRRR

          I feel for you man. My last accident was not my fault yet according to the law it was which made no fucking sense at all. Well of course there was more to it like how the witness was the fucker that caused the shit and gave fake info.

                              I know in my accident. I was at a highway crossing with no light waiting in the turn lane for a clear spot to turn onto side road. Someone rear ended me a bit (not super hard but hard enough to push me into traffic). I ended up getting hit almost head on by another car on my right front headlight. They were doing 60-65 or so.

                              I got charged with failure to yield the right of way. Now I was very fucking dazed during accident and I did say i was hit. Yet the witness (guy who rear ended me) said I just pulled out. Of course my car was so fucked up that there was zero way to prove that I was bumped, hell it spun me a few times and even our rear ends smashed together.

                                                          That sucks - Sorry to hear - just as others mentioned, good thing you didn't get hurt.

                                                          In the US if you rear end someone 99% of the time you are at fault. Sounds like it might be the case in Canada also.

                                                          The theory is that you are driving behind and it is your responsibility to keep a safe distance. Sounds like in your case you can fight the ticket.

                                                                                                                  The first poster is getting blamed for crashing into the back of another driver. Technically by law that means he was too close to the driver in front to brake in time. That's proabably why he's getting done.
