I know I will get flamed for posting this but I am 100% serious. I came across a once in a lifetime deal where a $6.5 million investment will return many, many times that amount.
There is a small window of time to get the deal done and I've done all I can to get the word out to people that could close on it. The window is tiny so it limits my options considerably. Basically I'm asking if many here could invest this much if they found something worth investing in.
If anyone could and would for the right deal let me know. If my other options don't work out I will run this by anyone after the right paperwork is signed but it would have to be fast. A 2 week approval on a loan might be too long as this could be gone any day.
To the flamers, no I'm not expecting someone to hear a pitch and send me millions. This is a real deal that is going to go down for somebody and I want a piece. Also, when I say once in a lifetime I mean it. If the deal closed 4 or 5 million could be cashed back while still keeping the income for life.
