How much would you pay for my myspace layouts site?

Hello everyone.

I know its not adult related thread but just fucking around and seriously interested to sell my site http://www.gigamyspacelayouts.com i thought someone would find it interesting or would drop a word of what you think

I own http://www.gigamyspacelayouts.com which is totally designed and coded custom with a fine database of myspace layouts and loads of backlinks, PR3 and more then 1200 unique visitors per day making more then 43000 uniques per month with 88.76% of SEO traffic by keywords.

It is also monetized with an adsense and over ads networks but unfortunately i am totally out of time to develop it and improve the profits.

So i think to sell it but how much do you think it could cost these days?

The guy will show you his google analytic's account....which show 40,000 visitors a month. Which might be more like 75k raw.

Then he will pressure you to make him an offer.

He refuses to even take a screen shot of his server stats & show it to me.

Which he claims to show 4 million hits a month.

In other words, he's probably just another scammer.

He just kept on getting angry.....like "Cmon' guy just make an offer"

The guy just got angry at me that he did not even know how to use analytics account and then started asking where is the stats of HITS PER DAY, i explained that its inside the cpanel awstats etc... and i just asked to tell me the numbers in mind he has if i would be interested at all spending time to grab all the shots for that as i clearly mentioned that i just want to know how much it could worth having numbers i mentioned from the beginning.

I am not even saying that giving analytics access is a generous step what other shots you need for making + - offer COME ON.... )))

I prefer to give real google analytics access for the site, not to confuse anyone with shots.

Can drop the shots of hits from awstats if you like of course.

Thought will be much simpler if i just post here some stats shots but just like i said i can grant you with live g analytics access if you are seriously interested. You will see that more then 80% of traffic is SEO and some fckng cool keywords are very close to the top of the first pages and it just needs a good and better push.
