One of my youtube videos has 2 million + views and has been on there for over 10 months. It gets about 20,000 views per day right now and that makes me a good $600+ per month from their ad sharing program (easy easy money) well today all of a sudden the video was flagged and can't be viewed by minors which means my ads wont display anymore. $6,000+ per year down the drain and now I'm also afraid of this happening to the rest of my videos. How can a video go that long and then get flagged out of the blue like that?

Just a random street fight. I mean damn I sell these same clips and stuff to Spike and Tru TV for the world to see and youtube censors it? WTF???
I know you can't have any fights of people getting hurt, jumped or at school etc.... but my videos I upload are very tame for this reason but still they are censoring them.

Happened to me several times, not with that many views, but as soon as a video attracts alot of attention, there are always some assholes flagging it...and if it's controversial in any way, it gets pulled. This rule doesn't apply to fluffy funny animals, cute babies and any self proclaimed crusaders for a good cause.Comment

The people making the racist comments are more likely to seek revenge.
They have a "vested" belief in their comments.
I think I hit the nail on the head about why your video got smacked.
It sucks, but when the website gives power to the surfer you will get this kind
of situation.
I hate ebay for the exact thing that should make it great.
The feedback is great info when buying but buyers are also holding the sellers hostage
sometimes by threatening to leave negative feedback if they don't get all the "extras"
that they want. I also bought some crap on ebay and was afraid to leave negative feedback because the seller didn't leave my feedback yet.

It could easily be competition. It's not that hard to get somebody's video axed on youtube. There's botscripts for every function. I haven't seen a flagging bot yet, but I wouldn't doubt it if people got them tucker away too. All it takes is a few flags from a bunch of generated accounts and you can kiss your shit goodbye.Comment

I had some leftover material from a recent edit so, just for the hell of it, I threw together a quick pseudo artsy clip and uploaded it.
In less than five (5) minutes it was gone
I'll be damned if I can figure what could possibly be objectionable about this silly little clip.
