One of my local friends is a 996TT and CGT owner.2 weeks ago he testdrove the new 997TT at Nurburgring.His comment was that the 997TT was enough of an upgrade to take the depreciation hit on his 996TT.He ordered one.

Completely different question, did you ever consider a Ferrari or Lambo? What made you buy a 911 turbo instead of a 360/430 or gall/murci?

I think I saw one the other day it was a convertible though but it had the air vents at the back in front of the rear wheel arch it looked shithot and I usually think the converibles look a bit wrong this one was cool

Of course

i just love the 911's though. and this new one is insane - if it hadn't come out I probably would have gone with a gallardo. i love all-wheel drive now so probably never would have gone through with a ferrari. more than that though, i love how low maintainance the 911's are.
