now that i think about this i remember about a year ago my sister who lives out in the suburbs of the bay area was telling me about this. i think they call them road shows. the people use their cars to block them in. they were saying they had like a bunch of squad cars dedicated to just finding them. doesnt look like they were doing their jobs though.

The cops don't show up because they are out numbered. There are places in Oakland where nobody goes including cops. Alot of people are talking about using guns and shooting these people.. I am willing to bet, 1 in 3 people in that crowd has some sort of weapon ie. handgun or something else.. You unload into 1 or 2 guys max and these guys are going to go absolute apeshit, shooting you up.
I would love to visit this area, sort of like a city expedition, but I'd bring this.
