Trust me, Mike & Gerard do not play....they will fire a mother fucker for being lazy/or giving a client lip service.

Well.. I MUST agree with u m8 .. I have received nothing but top notch service from Gerard (TOP NOTCH) .... kinda sad how a lazy support guy can bring down the image of an entire company
Hopefully things will get sorted out ... do as PR0 says and get in touch with either Mike or Gerard if things continue that way...
