internet connection is active on it

Bryan: There is no possibility to speak to a supervisor by chat session and a
supervisor will not take this case by phone, since we can not help you for a problem
on your computer.

Bryan: But the internet access is working since you mentioned that MSN and Google
talk are working, therefore, internet is working, therefore, my responsability ends
