If the host doesn't comply, you simply add them to the DMCA, copyright infringing parties, and keep going. So now they, and the original offender are both in fault. If in the USA, you send that to the attorney general of the state(s) where their home offices are, or IP traces back to. Include all correspondence, or lack there of, and DMCA.
Also include a tasty tid bit about them not being in 2257 compliance, on top of the copyright.
It works out nicely.

You're right, I was just pointing out that hostdime deserves credit for doing the right thing when many others wouldn't unless you took them to court etc.
