It's just small step.
For example this guy have 720 vids, 600 of which are asian and maybe half of them looks like from 1 paysite.

I've heard Megarotic is banning accounts when Copyright owner contacts them. Unluckily, vids are probably cropped to hide watermark.

There's a lot of host out there that would not have listened. I currently use hostdime.com, great managed service, 24/7 phone support, (etc) with some awesome deals if you look around or contact them that you'll never find from most of the host posted here on gfy.

There is always someone higher.
If the host doesn't comply, you simply add them to the DMCA, copyright infringing parties, and keep going. So now they, and the original offender are both in fault. If in the USA, you send that to the attorney general of the state(s) where their home offices are, or IP traces back to. Include all correspondence, or lack there of, and DMCA.
Also include a tasty tid bit about them not being in 2257 compliance, on top of the copyright.
It works out nicely.

and to candyflip, I believe the guy may be from Pittsford, I saw pictures of the guy and have a full name, but I'm not going to post it especially since the site is now down, hopefully this stops him in the future (and his friends too)

Yeah...I did a look digging tooyes, good job by hostdime and perhaps namecheap as well
