    Profitx SUX

    Ok great program nice tools, but where goes a program the wrong way NO support. Tried email and ICQ more then a week and just no response. Please don't come with I did get drunk at ................what ever event. You cant close a company down to party.

    Any other program wants my traffic? (more then 5 hits a day )

                  If it takes em 40 minutes to reply here, I can't imagine they take 2 weeks on tickets.

                      thats a silly statement.. this is not a support area of our program
                      tickets go to multiple people, and stay in the queue, and are easy to track, as there is always a ticket id.

                          Hm I refuse to give here a ticket. Support just supposed to work on the offered ways.
                          I have send a new direct email (no response)
                          I tried to contact both offered support icq (no response)
                          I filled in the contact form (no response)
                          and last
                          I filled in a ticket and its still open without any .... yes you can guess it...(no response)

                          Ok i must have asked the most stupidest question and they just refuse to answer.
