There is a difference of being aware and proud of the culture you come from and believing that your heritage somehow makes you better than others. You can pay respect to your heritage and not be "racist" as long as you respect the rights of others to respect and show pride in their own heritage.

The problem with "white" pride is that white is such a broad term, most White Americans are straight up mutts. So many blended bloodlines that there is no way to trace them back. If history is important to you, pick one or two of them and go with that. If you like Irish shit, paint your house green, whatever, just don't be a dick to people that aren't white. Personally I don't give a fuck about my heritage, I'm more concerned with where I'm going than where my ancestors were. I can't change or influence the past at all
