Any hosting companies with servers here in LA? I need a place that I can drive down to & load up content on the server and leave. FTP'ing content up to my server is not working for me. Sometimes these uploads are running 12 to 14 hours

I thought about that....but I think that's going to be a pain in the ass as well. Then I'm waiting around for someone to get some time to transfer my stuff. Or the guy who was supposed to transfer it went to lunch or went on vacation. Or the guy who was supposed to do it thought someone else had already done it....ya' get my drift? I think the best thing to do is find a local hosting company that'll allow me to swing by from time to time and upload my shit while I'm there. That's what I'm look'n in to right now

If that's your worry you need to get a new host. We're at Swiftwill and they would get it done in less time then it would take you to schedule a time to go into your datacenter. Hey guys - just for the record - my current host PhatServers has been amazing to me. Any support that I need is taken care of within minutes and they have never let me down - not once. They've offered up several solutions to my issue here already so I'm doing the research and trying to figure out what I want to do. After reading over my posts it was easy to get the impression that I might not be happy with Phatservers and that's just not the case
