True, not having life insurance when you have dependents is a very poor decision. Her current posts may be kneejerk reactions to the situation, but I do recall her stating she had made stock and mutual fund investments. That's horrible. I used to read her bulletin page regularly & remember how happy she was to retire & have the "normal" life of marriage & babies. She may have used a lot of her investment money on their house instead of getting a mortgage. Who knows?
