I haven't heard of anybody collecting for a long, long time. I won an X-Box a couple years ago, was a huge pain in the ass to get. I had to ask 3 different people and finally got it after a couple months.

Yes, I won it once. But it was a long time back, somewhere 2003 I believe.

They used to pay out the prizes a few years ago when the board was a lot smaller.

yeah back in 2003 i won like 3 times.. No way in hell it would work now, too many sigwhores and too many post contests.

So the contest isnt running anymore? Its still on the page... I am speaking more of the logistics. I.e. if I started a thread, how would I know it was the longest thread of the week?

it was a lot easier when the board was smaller and slower. there were usually only a handful of contenders (2-3) in any given week, so it was easy to track.

the contests page hasn't been update in over 4 years.
