Are there any other Canadian Companies Using Eurobill?

I have been processing my euro traffic with Eurobill now for about 6 months.

I am happy with the actual processing but the payments are becoming more and more of a problem.

I am supposed to receive the money at my bank in Euros and then my bank is meant to convert it and drop it into my US account.

What is happening is that even though the only account information they have is for my US bank account (which yes is housed in my canadian bank), it is arriving to my US Dollar Account already converted into Canadian Dollars.

Which means to then payout my affiliates I have to convert it back to US dollars. Which means I am losing out on the conversion twice instead of once.

Now Eurobill has informed me that this is not their fault and that I am the only person in the history of Eurobill to have this problem with my banks.

My bank manager who happens to be and speak German (Thank God) called Eurobill's bank in order to try and resolve the matter but the lady that is meant to take care of this will not return his phone call.

My bank has concluded that it is likely the fault of the intemediary bank which is why Eurobill's bank cannot call back with an answer.

    My question is two part:

    1) Has anyone else had this experience?
    2) Can anyone offer a solution that I am otherwise missing?

Thanks in advance for any help or light that can be shed onto this situation.

What if you got a Euro bank account and did the conversions yourself between accounts? That way it would prevent the problems and keep your payouts in a stronger currency until you need it. That way you can convert it to CDN or put it into USD whenever you need it? It shouldn't be that much of an overhead to do the conversions when needed?

Ya that is a possible solution... what would be a better solution was if they could just keep the wire in Euros until it gets to my bank LoL It is very weird that they are making a conversion before it arrives at my bank.

I believe the Intermediary bank is doing the conversion based on the fact that the bank account is in a canadian bank and they are taking the points on the exchange... I also think that is really rude!

So is there an alternative to Eurobill?

I am looking for another Euro processor that works for NATS.
