What will you put on your resume for when you worked in the porn industry? I think a lot of people underestimate the "porn taint" they'll have to explain. For many this is the only real job they've had so they pretty much have to put it down or it looks like they've done nothing. The key is to know this: You *MUST* diversify your revenue streams to have longer term successes. I am sure there are a lot of people on this board like me that had mainstream/adult gigs that were going great and one day they dried up and you have to re-invent your life immediately to keep the cash coming in.
Nothing as fantastic as what you are doing now lasts forever. Events outside your control always are the ones that sink things faster than things inside your control .....

Agreed 100%. I have ALWAYS had something else going on besides adult.
