    Need help capturing footage off of DVD

    Anyone have suggestions for this?

    I have the editing and encoding software of my preference, but I am having a hard time finding the best software to capture everything off of DVD...

    Any suggestions?

      Drag and drop the .vob files into your video editor. Done.

          If it's a pressed DVD (dvd movie) then I would make sure to back it up to HD first using something like DVDFab Decrypter. After that work the vobs with your software. If your software can't do vobs, then you'll have to convert the vobs to a more suitable format for you. www.videohelp.com usually has all the chit you'll need.
