Here's the deal, I'm looking for a new server.

This is what I want:

1. 40 Mbps of bandwidth
2. Dedicated
3. Managed
4. With control panel
5. Burstable - NOT capped

This is what I can offer:

1. $500 monthly
2. $20 per Mbps overage
3. Epass payments

Can you do that? If so, which kind of hardware can you offer. If you don't want to post the info here, feel free to e-mail me, but DON'T contact me on ICQ.
