Plantronics makes great headsets (bluetooth or not).
I've used this one and this one personally; both are very nice headsets. That Jabra one has an LCD for call display on it.
Motorola also has an entirely in-ear (aka super tiny) headset supposedly coming soon, the H5 MiniBLUE, but I don't think it's actually for sale yet.rRhino.com ...social networking for book fans...Comment

That's why I like the Logitech. I don't like ones that go inside your ear, those always get annoying to wear after a little while.
