no shit, of course everyone gets a tan. That's not what I'm saying. You think he just "got a tan". People stay up late at night planning his days while he's asleep. Everything he does is under constant scrutiny by his "handlers" as much as everyone else. They work hard to portray the image they want. I just saw a shift here in how they present Obama and wondered why they allowed that to happen now.
