Tough call, do you can a spammers account and be accused of still benefiting from the residual traffic? There's no way you could ever get ALL of those links removed from such a wide variety of blogs.
The only way to properly close a spamming account is to not accept the traffic. Return a boilerplate "This account has been closed for spamming" message with NO links or any other monetisation.
