no way... he didnt lose much speed... Look at his legs, they didnt slow down and he didnt lose any distance from the other runners when he started to get more relaxed.... Id say he could have done 9.65 at best... Look at all other runners who slowed down in qualif. , they all did similar times in the finals running full speed..
