I started going to the gym monday last week and my biceps hurt SO bad all last week that I could only train my legs on wednesday and didn´t go again. Every movement was agony.
I´m much better this week and I don´t have any pain. I was really out of shape.
BTW, ibuprofen and aspirin didn´t work for me. The only thing that worked was massaging my arms in hot water.

Not exactly. I ran 60km so far this week, trained jiu jitsu 4 times (each with a small ab workout during warmup) and then did ab day yesterday.
3 X Triple Sets: 30 crunches on exercise ball, 30 opposite elbow opposite knee crunches (15 each side) and 30 leg lifts (straight legs extended, hanging)
Then 3 super sets of 30 full decline situps followed by 1 minute on toes and elbows with abs clinched.
