I started going to the gym monday last week and my biceps hurt SO bad all last week that I could only train my legs on wednesday and didn´t go again. Every movement was agony.
I´m much better this week and I don´t have any pain. I was really out of shape.
BTW, ibuprofen and aspirin didn´t work for me. The only thing that worked was massaging my arms in hot water.
