Ignoring how harsh this post is, it's pretty bang on.
If you're really concerned for the model, do your best to get her information from the guy. If he won't give it to you or you can't find it, too bad...pictures stay up, case closed. If you DO get the email, ask HER if she wants the pictures down and respect her wishes, whatever they may be.
As for her not getting paid, it might suck, but it's not really any of your business.
