                                                                                                    I think what it means is that if at least SOME (and probably most) of the houses on the street are 800 sq. ft, it's more like: A) it was originally a poor neighborhood filled with bums who paid next to nothing for their houses and got lucky when prices went up, and B) baddog's house is probably of a similar tiny size. And even it is isn't -- it still has an 800 sq. ft. trailer right across the street.

                                                                                                                When they first moved in I talked to them and they offered me some insane amount but I said I wasn't interested as I like my home, and moving would just mean higher house payments
