I actually have doubts.
It's nbo longer the "preemptive age". Missile Defense systems are in place and most of the nuke weapons in the Old Soviet Union do not even work.
There is no longer a Mutually assured destruction button folks. Unless Russia or some other country wants to lob nukes at unprotected Dictatorships in the 3rd World.
My money is on a Comet striking the earth.
