We, the adult webmasters screwing the consumer?
I don't think so. Atleast the sites I promote usually deliver what they promise and very little upsells etc.
However, I'm slightly pissed off. I bought a golf-magazine today.
Inbetween the pages were 11 flyers that dropped on my bathroom floor as I started to read it, 8 more were fixed in. On page 36 was the first 'story' everything before that were ads, there is literally more ad-pages than actual content...and I paid 7 euros for it. So many ads, unreal. I'd understand it if the magazine were free, but why would I continue to pay like 7 euros per magazine to read 150 pages of ads and 50 pages of stories? I'll start to read the magazines at the stores from now on.
