I have always wondered. In school they would never allow a guy into the girls locker room, but they will allow a lesbian. She is just as interested in seeing the girls naked as a guy is.
I do have a friend that works at Intel and they have special bathrooms for all transgendered and gay people who do not feel comfortable using the regular bathrooms.
