in one word.. yes! I lived there for a few years.. there are some really bad parts then some.. ok at best parts.. the inner harbor is cool but even there its not so safe. I'll never forget having stray bullets fly through my window 2 days after xmas and when the cops came they basically told u to keep it quiet and coveredup the whole story, cause back then street gangs were doing this "program" called "dont snitch" where they would burn down the houses of anyone trying to stand in their little dope dealing games.. some pastors and teachers and neighborhood watch people got burned and some even killed.. my neighbors were a group of 13 yr old boys that would sit on their front doorstop and sell crack to crackheads all day long. I kept my big 120 lm dog with me, on a very short leash everywhere I went.. soo glad I don't like there anymore
