We don't do much in the Microsoft realm but yes there are some certifications floating around our support staff. We do skills testing up front and significant training post-hire so honestly this isn't something that we keep track of.

hehehehe.. It's a bonus that when we give a tour that we are also able to show off our neighbors. Those were some pretty cool Rackable Systems they had deployed in that cage.
