                          If you want to hire a submitter to submit galleries for cashapartment feel free to hit me up. I have two full-time submitters for myself, and wouldn't mind to educate another one for you. I've done that already a few times in the past for bigger adult companies and single webmasters, and it always worked out well.

                          I also own http://updates.advancedsubmitter.com and http://www.PartnerRequester.com, so all required tools will be provided. And I also have someone in my team who could take care of your server for the galleries

                          The entire education/course would take ~ 3 months, then you'd have a perfect gallery submitting employee who can work on his own and earn you money. But therefore it costs a bit more, depends on what exactly you need.

                                          Many people are interested in the security of a fixed salary. And there's a lot of stuff required for good gallery submitting, you'd need one or more big dedicated servers, you'd need someone to manage that server, you'd need the software, databases, partnerrequester, paid partner accounts, etc. And all those things run on the name of the program owner.

                                          So a lot of time and money would be required to set that up a second time, and that wouldn't pay off if the salary you pay your submitters is right and fair

                                                  ok man I think I got the point.Your solutions are for webmasters with a solid experience with gallery submitting and already with a name and partner accounts.What you will recommend for someone new to gallery submitting if wants to use a submitter? I was actually thinking he can do all the work with partner requesting, choosing content etc. but thats may be another story

                                                      I wouldn't say that it's just for experienced people, but it's mostly for people that have limited time resources, or more important things to do. I.e. a program owner doesn't want to spend months with teaching his new fulltime gallery submitter, it would be cheaper for him to pay someone to set the entire gallery submitting task up for him.
                                                      Or some webmasters that already earn money from other sources don't want to spend 12 months+ with learning gallery submitting, so they're willing to pay a price to shorten that time a bit.

                                                      If someone with no knowlege about gallery submitting wants to hire someone for that job he'd either have to learn it himself first, or pay a professional submitter more than that guy could earn from his galleries (=next to no ROI), or contact me on ICQ 344688791
