I think somewhere around 600 *total* users, it stops allowing any. Or 200 per group.

No, that is not the issue. I assure you. It doesn't even give me the option to add someone.

If it was a matter of too many people it would at least let me try then tell me to try again.

you have to upgrade your ICQ, after month of problems like I finally did so... been fine for week now, but today now I KNOW why they did this

they removed the "message entire category" :/ no more but single messages now

I did not lose history, i just did not uninstall the old version, when you install it should pick up all the old stuff
