May be a long time... but Think about all the mindless idiots that will take the lump sum and be broke in 10 years. this way at least they're getting a guaranteed 5 million for the next 30 years..... It's 116 mil. if the installment option is taken.. which is based on interest over a 20 year period..

Taking the lump sum leaves no earned interest; leaving it at the principal amount..

And yes .. The tax man has to get his hands in everything.. legally or not...
