It's in North Las Vegas in the Aliante master plan community, which is one of the most exclusive communities in Vegas. The lot size is 6,600 sqft I believe.

It sounds like it will sell pretty fast once you list it. Aliante is supposed to be a pretty nice community, especially since the 215 is out there now.

Personally, I can't live anywhere with a homeowner's association. They drive me bat shit.

Its North Vegas... there is a reason you can get allot of home in north town for less then other areas.

Best areas are Summerlin and NW vegas, Southern Highlands is ok, not far from the strip. My last house was in Southern Highlands and before that Summerlin.
