    Since the new version if icq

    Why in the f will u not let me turn you off at startup. I select the option tell you not to start and everytime you do. This is bull ...

    Anyone else have this issue ...

    I select do not run at startup restart and is selected again

              I guess I am so mad cause i clearly click do not start and it does makes me enter my pass and everything.

              After saying my pass is wrong a few times

                                      I had this problem with the old version as well. You must do this in both the ICQ preferences as well as msconfig startup items.
