I can afford it just fine... trust me, but it's your second point that I agree with and why I will not pay $700 for a TGP design.
ROI on TGP traffic doesn't justify spending that amount of money on a TGP design. Hey 4 years ago I probably would of, but adult is just so saturated and it's content the surfer is after, not a flashy design.
