On local radio they called it a "boring" event and that there was no point in going. The city spent like $100mil to develope the venue and stable areas and all the people who waited in line to get tickets had no idea what the event actually was, some actually thought it would be horse racing...and they didnt realize that "cheering" during the event was banned.
Funniest shit ever as the city was so hyped that it would get an Olympic event, and of all the things they gave us the equestarian. And the only reason we got that was cause the horse trainers were worried about health/diseases in China that could affect their horses.
