                  Amex and Visa/MC are totally different in the way they do business.

                  Visa/MC is concerned with chargebacks, not moral issues.

                      to me purchasing online 100 times more secure then giving a waiter your credit card,,,

                      with these secure servers and ip tracking they should give the credit user and intense interrogation on why they think they didn't make the charge,, and if they still say they didn't do it with all the evidence make them cancel their credit card number for obvious case of fraud..
