Assuming that it doesn't get rejected by his body outright, I wonder what kind of control and movement he would have. Is this just a cosmetic thing so he looks he has two full arms and hands (albeit with bad scarring I am sure), or do they connect all the nerves and capillaries so that he can actually grip, pick up and manipulate things in his new hands?
