A dispute is unlikely at this point having the site been up for almost a year plus it won't get the domain name transferred overnight.

I'll give a 1 year guarnatee. 5-10$ a day barely pays for server costs making it a non-profit website.

he hasn't attempted to take the name yet because he's still a relative unknown. as he builds momentum going into the next season of Prison Break...and post Prison Break life it is more likely that he may come after it.

Still....

It's not that easy for him to take his name as long as you can show good faith. UNLESS his name was a registered trademark prior to the domain name being registered.....which I highly doubt.

Even with that being said I think 15k is a little high. but Good luck and here is a bump.

10,000 uniques a day. Less than 1% clicks to "unopitimed" adsense. $3600 a year at its current rate. 3 x that with better adsense optimization ($10800 / year). Way more with other sponsors and ads built it. A lot more as time goes by and his reputation gets stronger. The girls are madly in love with him. I wouldn't mind keeping it but in my current situation I can do a lot more with $15k upfront than $100,000k over 5 years ;)

OK, it earns supposedly $3600/year. Any optimization is not a selling feature - it takes work and time else you would have don't that already. The $10K potential revenue does not exist right now.

Unless you have written agreement from Miller, the prospect of him becoming famous and his reputation getting stronger is all the more reason to have your ass sued and the domain removed.

There is no $100K in five years unless you continue developing and keep it for five years. At this time it only earns less than $4000/year and the prospect of getting $15K for this domain when it can also be confiscated - is remote.

In theory, some webmasters may be willing to pay 18 months profits (after all costs!), but that would presumably be reduced substantially because of possible future legal problems.

Lastly.. are you the legal owner or do you have written permission to use all imaging of this guy on the domain??

worth - this is not a commercial proposition since revenues of eg $15/day less hosting, maintenance blah wipes that out. It's a risky charity needing donations.
