dude you live in port charlotte, they are giving the houses away now. I am surprised they are not paying people to move in. Find out what the outlook is for 6 months down the road. 7 years ago the lots in town were 3 grand. 4 years ago they were 50+ grand and selling like crazy. Now they are half that LOL,
