Not true retard.

As far as 3 hour delay. Did they change things reently? Usually your ad won't show until it's reviewed. It could take 3 hours it could take 3 days.

Campaign Active
Ad Group Name Active
Search Google State On

CPC is ok, max per day is ok but the keywords keep saying

This keyword isn't triggering any of your ads.

I've found that anything close to adult or adult related takes a lot longer to get going as it is manually reviewed.

doesn't matter if it says active. It will always say that when you start a campaign even one that hasn't been reviewed.

Also if you are trying to promote anything with "teen" in it, forget about it. Your ad will never get approval.

Also since it's the week-end your ad most likely won't get reviewed until Monday.

its not teen or anything alike - I know they wont allow that

it IS adult but they do accept that, rules are just very strict

so its always active even though its not reviewed hmm thats odd, ill wait till monday thanks!

yes, it says its active, even though it isn't and still needs to be manually reviewed/approved... and for that matter, might be rejected when they do review it.
