I love food so I'm not cutting right back on my food, it would kill me not being able to eat takeaway now and again. Not to worry, I'm in good shape for my beach holiday anyway. Time to go out and get fat again for 2 weeks

too much cardio will also burn muscle, and 1 pound of muscle burns 50-100 calories a day.
if you can gain 5 pounds extra muscle you can afford 250-500 calories more a day.. thats like a daily run everyday.
